Scheduling Appointments
Regular office hours at our locations in the Greater Vancouver area - Coquitlam, Langley, Maple Ridge and Surrey - are Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Patients are seen by appointment only.
Although our number of adult patients is always growing, most of our patients are still of school age.
For the sake of fairness and the goal of making sure children miss as little school as possible, we schedule our workdays in the following manner:
- Adjustment appointments, which are usually short by more frequent, are mostly scheduled before and after school.
- Longer appointments (of which there are far fewer) are usually arranged during school hours.
- Early morning appointment tend to work best for working adults.
Cancellations
We make every effort to be punctual for our patients, and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us.
If you are scheduled for an appointment that you can't keep, please let us know as soon as possible, using the form on this page or by phone.
Since most of our appointments are scheduled 4 to 8 weeks in advance, we suggest that you cancel only when absolutely necessary.
Emergency Appointments
If you or your child have an emergency involving your braces treatment, please contact us right away, and we'll do our very best to get you in immediately.
